My name is Lauren Haugh. SendSantaGreetings.com was born out of an idea I had a couple of years ago to send my sons, then 6 and 3, a card from Santa. I wanted to fuel the excitement of the season, and keep up the good behavior streak we had going in our household. Elf watch starts after Thanksgiving at our house.
When I had Santa send one to my nieces and nephew, it was my sister-in-law that suggested that I should set up a website highlighting Santa cards. I also thought it would be cool to offer the Secret Santa Greetings too. What a great way to throw someone off than an unassuming card from their Secret Santa. No familiar handwriting, postmark, or return address.
